This class is a blend between fitness and yoga.

We move through a series of body weight exercises, using your bodyweight to strengthen and tone and then gradually increasing the intensity  as we flow through a fitness based vinyasa flow 

Each week has a varied mix of dynamic, energetic yoga flows to slower paced strong flows improving strength, endurance and flexibility

For parents and carers* and their babies from 6-8 weeks to crawling.

Each course is 5 weekly sessions and covers every aspect of baby massage so by the end of the course you'll be able to confidently massage your baby from top to toe!

We address all the positives baby massage can bring, to include baby and parent well-being, bonding, tips for alleviating physical discomfort in babies and how massage supports babies' physical and mental development.  We also cover when not to massage and safe strokes.

Postnatal well-being for parents is also key to this course – Shore Baby Massage offers a safe, shared, supportive space to foster familiarity and friendships in a calming and relaxing setting.

STRENGTH AND STRETCH WITH MANDY

Slow , steady & strong is the idea behind this class

Mixing a slower paced vinyasa style yoga flow with a series of body and core strengthening exercises to help strengthen, tone and improve flexibility.

Challenging the body while we hold the poses to work to your individual edge. Working your arms, legs, core and back.

Poses can be modified to suit your level of fitness.

YIN AND TONIC!

This class looks to bring balance to your mind and body by exploring the energetic qualities of yin and yang.

Yin is a still, slow and mindful practice which aims to strengthen the major joints in the body whilst releasing tension in fascia. To complement this, yang offers movement and muscular engagement to support the body as a whole. When in balance, our minds and bodies run with more efficiency, we feel good and have more energy to enjoy life.

Classes are charged on a monthly basis at £44
